How long will it take?

Shopify Read

Very Fast 10+ entities per second.

Although Shopify throttles API calls to 2/second they allow retrieval of up to 250 entities per call so the process is only slowed by large images attached onto products.

PrestaShop Write

Fast 5-10+ entities per second.

The PrestaShop API is fast with no throttling, even on a modest hosting it will transfer quickly, however due to the nature of the PrestaShop API products take many different calls to create and are somewhat slower than other entities.
Again image size will also slow down the process somewhat.

$39Unlimited data 3 reads and writes.
(valid for 28 days from date of purchase)
Any combination of full reads or updates allowed including changing destination systems.
Error Logging and Data Cleansing
EcomExodus fixes then reports on many validation errors when reading and writing your data, allowing you to make a choice to repair the data or accept the automated fixes (where possible).
Having 3 reads and writes allows you to repair those duplicate SKU's and incorrect email addresses and re-do your transfer.

Get updated data?

If you are transferring a large site you can leave your source site running, read and write the bulk of the data to the destination then get any added or updated products, customers or orders by choosing "Get New Or Updated Entities Since Last Read" from the WooCommerce read tab.

NOTE: EcomExodus has a simple product arrangement, you pay for reads and writes either full or partial. $39 3 reads, 3 writes.

What is transferred?

Product Categories Shopify uses collections rather than a hierarchical category system, hence when transferred to PrestaShop all categories will be root categories.
Product Category Images Shopify does not support images for it's collections.
Product Reviews Unfortunately Shopify doesn't support reviews out of the box and their app or others which do aren't supported by the API. Hopefully the add-on in Shopify will have a documented extraction method.
Product Vendors Vendors are mapped to Manufacturers.
Customer Addresses
Customer Passwords Shopify does not include the password information in their customer API calls.
Order Items
Order Payment Types PrestaShop uses modules to set payment methods, remote installing and configuring modules is not possible though the API.
